High Maestro has been bred and produced by Ellerston, the most renowned polo breeders in the world. His progeny are now beginning their playing careers and demonstrating outstanding talent.

Martini (dam) was imported to Argentina for the Argentinian Open in 2005 for team Ellerstina. She then returned to the UK and played in the 2007 & 2008 queen’s cup final for Ellerston under Facundo Pieres. Martini's sire was Norman Pentaquad renowned for his speed and compact size. 

Open Maestro (sire) is a superbly put together young stallion bred by Gonzalo Pieres, in Argentina. His sire, SPORTIVO, is a leading Argentine polo stallion that also sired DOLFINA TORO, who won the best playing pony in the 2008 Argentine Open.
